This is a portal to file RTI APPLICATION/FIRST APPEAL online along with a payment gateway. Fee payment can be made through Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or e-Challan (E-Challan Cheque and Cash in any SBI Bank).
Through this portal, RTI APPLICATION/FIRST APPEAL can be filed by Indian Citizens only, for the Departments/Public Authorities of the Government of Haryana.
Use Mozilla Firefox/Microsoft Edge browser for better functioning RTI online portal is not yet works on Mobile interface. Kindly use Computer or Laptop. If any issue encountered while working on Haryana RTI online portal then kindly delete all cookies and clear the browser cache memory also ensure that the browser is updated to the latest version.If the problem continues, users may try accessing the portal through an alternative web browser. Note: If information is sought from Divisional/District Level office, then it is requested to select the related Headquarter/Directorate from the List of Public Authorities. Please do not select the concerned Commissioner/District office for the above information. Note: At present there is no provision to file second appeal online as per the rule 6 of Haryana Right to Information rules 2009 provides that second appeal should be filed manually by post or by hand in triplicate i.e. (RTI Application, Identity Proof, Fees Details, First Appeal, Response that you received from the concern department and application of information you sought for). Applicant are requested to file second appeal accordingly as the online software is under development.
